Conferences

In order to achieve its purpose, the DCW organises an annual conference in a city where there is at least one DCW member. These conferences include a formal educational programme, networking sessions and visits to compatible clubs. Conferences are generally held in September for three to five days.

For members to benefit from the purpose of the association, it is essential that they participate actively by attending the annual conference regularly. A member and his club must also be prepared to host an annual conference. The responsibility for the hosting of annual conferences rotates through the cities in which there are DCW members.

The DCW also provides a forum (usually by email) for the continuous exchange of information among its members on current trends and club issues. Zoom meetings and regular email activity facilitates connectivity and valuable information sharing between our Member community and throughout the Pandemic when meeting in person was not possible.
